Cancellation & Refund Policy
Our policies regarding order cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement or before the order status changes to "Preparing" or "Dispatched", whichever is earlier. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately.
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
- The product received was damaged or tampered with.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order was successfully cancelled before dispatch.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence of the issue. Once approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.
